CANCELLATION POLICY

At our salon and body contouring studio, your appointments are very important to us. We reserve your time slot exclusively for you. We understand that schedule changes are sometimes necessary; however, to ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and manage our team's time effectively, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. ​Please review our policy details below: ​⏱️ 24-Hour Notice Required ​Cancellations & Rescheduling: Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. ​Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled start time will be treated as a No-Show and charged 100% of the service cost. ​🚫 No-Shows ​If you miss your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. ​Future appointments cannot be booked until any outstanding no-show balances are settled. ​🕒 Late Arrivals ​We offer a 10-to-15-minute grace period depending on the length of your service. ​If you arrive later than the grace period, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment entirely to avoid delaying the next client. If we must reschedule, the standard late cancellation fee (50%) will apply. ​💳 Credit Card Required ​To secure your booking (especially for body contouring packages and premium salon services), a valid credit card must be kept on file. ​Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, but will be held in accordance with our cancellation policy.
